We were contacted by a homeowner facing a major refrigerant leak in their three-decade-old system. They had gathered several estimates but were seeking a cost-effective solution. So, we stepped in and provided our service. We successfully installed a new 2.5 Ton Bryant system which proved to be the perfect match for their needs. It was not just the reasonable pricing that made them happy, but the overall value we presented. The customers appreciated our service so much, they decided to sign up for our maintenance agreement. We received a call from a new customer whose system wasn't blowing any air. We promptly arrived at their home that afternoon. The issue seemed to originate from their blower motor run capacitor, which had leaked fluid and was in a failed condition due to a dirty blower motor. We provided several solutions and the customer chose to opt for a blower motor/wheel cleaning and run capacitor replacement. Once completed, the system was functioning again. However, we advised our customer that given the age of the blower motor—27 years old—it will likely fail. We, therefore, quoted a potential replacement price to ensure they could plan ahead.

We recently visited one of our most loyal customers who owns many rental properties. They needed our expertise to replace an antiquated 1976 General Electric system for one of their tenants. We understood the task at hand and got to work quickly. Our team installed a fantastic 3.5 ton Bryant split system to provide more efficiency and better comfort levels. In addition, we ran a fresh Line set and adjusted the supply plenum to match the new equipment. Needless to say, the tenants were thrilled with their upgraded system. Servicing was our pleasure and we look forward to continuing our relationship with this client.

We recently installed a brand-new Payne 2.5 ton Heat Pump Package unit for our customer. They've been with us for three years, dealing with an old age system that seemed to have a new issue each season. Not only did the constant repairs become a nuisance, but their energy bills were skyrocketing. We guided them towards a heat pump solution to replace their gas furnace, reducing their winter energy costs. We had the old system carefully removed and installed a secure stand with a custom metal cap for the new unit. After a few adjustments, like adding a sleeve for a tight and secure fit, and capping off the unused gas line, the new system was ready to go!

From the moment we received the call, we felt a strong connection with our customer. Her neighbor had recently put her trust in us to replace their HVAC system, and word had spread the good news. This particular customer was in the market for estimates and after discussing with her, we won her confidence. At the end of the day, we had installed a top-of-the-line 3 ton Bryant heating and cooling system. The job was completed in six hours to her immense delight, especially as she had been without a properly functioning system for over a month. She was so pleased, she even signed up for our regular maintenance plan and mentioned she'd be recommending our services. It's these customer endorsements that make us proud of the work we do!

We're out here today, providing a furnace tune-up to a Service Member who noticed their heating system was acting a little funny. After a thorough inspection, we cleaned and adjusted the burners, patching up a clogged one. We also inspected the heat exchange and gas pressure - everything looked good there. We cleaned the flame sensor and checked the airflow, all perfect, even the dampers are working just right. The control board and wiring were also in top-notch condition. We made sure to clean everything and drained all PVC tubing for good measure. So now, the system is up and running like a champ again. #HeatSystemRescue #CarrierCare #FurnaceTuneUp

Just wrapped up replacing a 4 ton American Standard 80% furnace 15 Seer AC and Coil for our wonderful customer. The poor guy was fed up with his old system that regularly broke down, forcing him to spend on different parts every season. He decided enough was enough and chose to get a whole new unit. Being a landlord, he smartly opted for our financing option. Bye-bye, pesky breakdowns. Now he can relax knowing his new reliable American Standard system will keep things comfortable year-round. Another job well done by our team!

Our customer contacted us after noticing their system was beginning to deteriorate. They were smart to act quickly to prevent future complications. After their call for an estimate, we didn’t waste any time and had their system replaced within just two days. For the job, we used a Bryant 3 ton split system. With this new system in place, they'll be able to enjoy stress-free climate control. It’s always a pleasure to help proactive customers like them - ensuring their comfort is our ultimate goal. We were hit with an emergency call on the 4th of July! A family event was underway, but the scorching day was being made unbearable due to a non-functioning AC. We quickly found the issue: a bad run capacitor. We're so happy that we could save the day by replacing the faulty capacitor and giving the coils a good wash down. The cool air is flowing again and the celebrations can continue without any hiccups. Happy 4th!

After a homeowner contacted us about their malfunctioning 30-year-old cooling system, we swung right into action. Upon inspecting the system, we found the refrigerant level was low, signaling an imminent system collapse. Although we did consider adding refrigerant along with a leak seal, the homeowner wisely decided against investing further in such an aged system. Instead, he opted for a replacement. We explored various options together, and finally settled on a reliable model from Bryant. The very next day, the system was up and running, and the homeowner couldn't have been happier with the outcome. After a job well done, we're thrilled to have helped yet another satisfied customer!
